Equine Gestalt Coaching is offered in small groups, individually or both. Equine Gestalt Coaching combines the power of Gestalt in partnership with horses. Gestalt translates to "wholeness," it is the belief that each individual is complete as they are, and that each individual has their own answers. Equine Gestalt Coaching is experiential; it is a journey toward wholeness and promotes personal awareness. It is non-diagnostic and the work is based on the present moment where the individual develops a stronger sense of self, often involving the release of unfinished business and the associated pain, helping the individual lead a more present and joyful life.
