Speech Language Pathologist and Equine Assisted Speech and Language Therapy

Andrea's love for horses began at an early age.  She has had the pleasure of riding numerous lesson horses and lease horses throughout the years and recently became a horse owner herself.  Andrea is passionate about equine biomechanics and natural horsemanship.  In addition to spending time at the barn with her horse, Piper, Andrea enjoys helping both children and adults reach their communication goals in fun and motivating ways.  Andrea is a licensed speech-language pathologist and has practiced in a variety of settings including outpatient and adult rehabilitation.  She is excited to introduce equine-assisted speech and language therapy to families at Shepard Meadows!
